The City of New York Fire Department (FDNY) has taken delivery of seven state-of-the-art OHD Quantifit fit testing machines. After several months of testing and analysis FDNY officials deemed it necessary to upgrade from their existing PortaCount fit testers to a machine with both proven effectiveness and efficiency.

The OHD Quantifit utilizes the patented negative pressure technology to offer users a 5 step OSHA approved protocol which can take as little as 2-3 minutes to complete. In addition to speed, the Quantifit has proven time and time again that it offers the most accurate and effective quantitative fit testing to end users. The Quantifit paired with the new FitTrack Gold Software is providing FDNY firefighters and EMS workers with the latest and greatest technology in quantitative fit testing.
