The Goldens Bridge Fire Department has taken delivery of a Bullard Eclipse LD Thermal Imaging Camera. The Eclipse is the most cost effective thermal camera in the Bullard fleet in a compact and lightweight design. Goldens Bridge FD opted for several industry leading options including Color Temperature, High Resolution, and Thermal Throttle.
With the upgraded color temperature, colorization alerts firefighters to areas of intense heat. The upgraded high resolution offers firefighters a 320 x 240 resolution for crisp and clear images. And the thermal throttle isolates heat sources so that the firefighter can distinguish a heat source from the surrounding areas.

The Ramsey, NJ Fire Department has taken delivery of four Bullard Eclipse Thermal Imaging Cameras, with four more currently on order. The cameras already delivered to the Ramsey FD will be placed in service on the department’s new Pierce Engines which will be delivered shortly. Each new engine will have two Bullard Eclipse Cameras, a Standard Eclipse and an Eclipse LD. Once the other four cameras are delivered, they will be placed into service on existing apparatus in the Ramsey FD fleet.
