Shipping and Handling:
Orders are usually shipped out within one business day of receipt of payment, via UPS or USPS (Friday orders will be processed the following Monday). UPS requires a physical address, P.O. Box addresses will not be shipped to with this carrier. Shipment notification will be sent via email and tracking information will be included when applicable (occasionally USPS does not give our shipping department a tracking # or the correct tracking #). Shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable.
Please specify whether the item is to be shipped to a residential or commercial address in the “special instructions ". Your item WILL NOT be shipped until this information is received.
Expedited Shipping Details: As an added convenience to our customers, we offer both 2 nd Day and Next Day Air for your order. Expedited orders placed before 1pm EST are usually shipped the same day (Monday-Friday). In the event that you select expedited shipping and your item is backordered or out of stock, you will be contacted within 12 hours (during business days) to discuss your shipping and order options. At that time it will be determined if you would still like to proceed with the transaction.
All orders are subject to shipping delays through the specified carriers. AAA Emergency Supply Co., Inc. will not be held accountable for shipping delays once items leave our warehouse.
Shipping and Handling insurance can be requested in the “special instructions” section of the checkout process. When your order is processed by a representative you will be contacted to discuss cost and payment associated to the insurance on your order.
Additional shipping and handling costs may apply based upon weight, size, etc. You will be contacted prior to your item/order shipping if this is the case.
Shipping & handling charges are calculated as follows:
Continental USA (Lower 48 States)
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico
International shipping (except Canada) is not available through our Online Store at this time. International customers are welcome to email us to place orders for most items listed on our online store. In addition, feel free to check out our eBay Store , for similar and other great deals.

Quotes can be requested for bulk purchases or items listed on our online store, eBay Store, or products found in our website Products Section . To request a quote please email Andrew at email@example.com .
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as the primary method of payment through our secure payment gateway. If you must pay with a different method, we will also accept check or money order. Please follow the instructions for paying by check or money order as you complete your order.
Transactions paid with check or money order will not be shipped until full payment is received and cleared .
Cancelled Checks: Checks that are cancelled, returned, or otherwise denied by a bank will be subject to a $35.00 charge.
We offer local pick up service at no additional cost to the customer. Pick-up can be coordinated by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Individual customers are invited to start a customer profile by going to our stores Log In Page and entering all requested information. This feature allows customers to return without re-entering all of their information.
Resellers, municipalities, special districts, fire companies, department, etc. may open accounts with our co mpany by contacting Seth via email email@example.com or by phone 914-358-9774.
At this time the aforementioned groups and organizations will not be able to purchase items at tax exempt rates through our online store. Once these groups and organizations have established an account with our Office Manager, they may place orders or request quotes via email or telephone for bulk purchases, items listed on our online store, eBay Store, or products found in our website Products Section .
Sales tax will be charged on all items shipped to NY (7.375%).
Returns & Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges will be granted under the following criteria:
Our customer service is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (closed during major holidays). Email is the best way to contact us. Emails are normally answered within 12-24 hours on business days. Should a response not reach you in time, please check your email mailbox/spam folder or email us again (after 48 hours on business days with no response).
Disclaimer: Firefighting requires instruction and training. Firefighting, rescue and associated operations are dangerous and may cause injury and death. It is every firefighter's responsibility to be trained and knowledgeable on their equipment, the manufacturer’s recommendations and equipment’s intended use.
